Q. How can I earn Reward Points?
A. Simple! Go to RewardSurvey, sign in, and take our latest survey. Surveys only take a few minutes to complete and are usually posted once a week. Stay on the lookout for emails inviting you to a survey (Don't miss any chance to earn points! Check your spam list.). RewardSurvey is valid only to residents within the 50 United States. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Q. How do I redeem my Reward Points?
A. After you finish each survey, you'll automatically go to our magazine reward store where you can choose from a wide selection of rewards. Simply choose the rewards you want and fill out the delivery information to redeem your points.
Q. Will I receive a Confirmation Email?
A. Yes, we send a confirmation email immediately after you redeem your Reward Points. This email will also summarize titles that have a processing fee and/or for any magazine purchases you make. It may take a few minutes to reach your inbox, especially if you are using a free email service provider such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail. If you have not received your confirmation email within a few minutes, check your Junk or Bulk folder, as some email providers may automatically filter your email. Q. Do my Reward Points expire?
A. You can save your Reward Points for up to six months. Points will expire after that time. Don't worry, we'll give you a heads up before they expire. We do reserve the right to expire Reward Points for account inactivity, misuse, re-selling of reward subscriptions or at the sole discretion of RewardSurvey.
Q. Can I save points? For how long?
A. Absolutely! You can redeem points right away or save them as you take more surveys. But remember the RewardSurvey rule about points is: if you don’t use them, you lose them after six months of redemption inactivity.
Q. How can RewardSurvey afford to give me these amazing rewards?

Q. Can I redeem my Reward Points for cash?
A. Points do not have a cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Q. Do I have to buy something or sign-up for something else to earn rewards?

Q. How do I give my reward as a gift?
A. Give your RewardSurvey selections as gifts simply by putting the name and ad-dress of the person you’d like to gift on the Delivery Information page. (Only the Wall Street Journal cannot be gifted.)

Q. Why are there some products with discounted costs?
A. Special offers on select products are available at deep discounts with a combination of points and a nominal fee. The total must be paid with a valid U.S. credit card.
Q. Are there any limitations on magazines?
A. Some magazines are for new subscribers only (as noted on the cover image in the magazines reward store) and/or limited to 1 subscription per magazine, per household, per calendar year. Q. How do I receive the Digital Issues?
A. You will receive an email from the publisher 2 to 6 weeks after the order date. That email will include instructions on how to access your digital subscription. Some of the Digital Issues come with a 1st issue link that will be provided in your confirmation.
