Q. What is RewardSurvey?
A. is an online community dedicated to sharing opinions that help shape and improve a wide variety of products and services. Membership is easy, fun, and free! Q. How can I earn Reward Points?
A. Simple! Just go to RewardSurvey, sign in, and answer our latest survey. Surveys only take a few minutes to complete and typically get updated once a week. We may send emails inviting you to take a survey (just make sure we’re not on your spam list!). You’ll also find opportunities to take surveys and earn rewards on our Facebook page. RewardSurvey is valid only to residents within the 50 United States. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
Q: Will I receive a Confirmation Email?
A. Confirmation Email is sent immediately after you join RewardSurvey. It may take a few minutes for the Confirmation Email to reach your Inbox, especially if you are using a free email service provider such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail. If you have not received your Confirmation Email within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Bulk folder, as some email providers may automatically filter your Email. To ensure delivery of our RewardSurvey emails to your Inbox, please add to your email address book or contact list.

Q. How do I redeem my Reward Points?
A. After you complete each survey, you will automatically go to our store where you can choose from a large selection of rewards. Simply select the rewards you want and complete the delivery information to redeem your points.
Q: Do my Reward Points expire?
A: We want you to use your points and not lose out on your magazine rewards! But we do expire Reward Points in accounts with 6-months of redemption inactivity, account misuse, or at the sole discretion of RewardSurvey.
Q: Can I save points?
A: Absolutely! You can redeem points right away or save them as you take more surveys.
Q. How can RewardSurvey afford to give me these rewards?
A. Rewards are brought to you through the generosity of publishers and our survey sponsors who value your opinion.
Can I redeem my Reward Points for cash?
A. Points do not have a cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Q. Do I have to buy something or sign-up for something else to earn rewards?
A. You never have to buy anything! You just need to be RewardSurvey member to earn points. To sign up go to Earning points is as simple and easy as sharing your opinion – and who doesn’t like to do that? It’s easy, fun, and free.
Q. How do I give my reward as a gift?
A: You can give your RewardSurvey selections as gifts simply by inputting the name and address of the person you would like to receive it on the Delivery Information page. (Only the Wall Street Journal cannot be gifted.)

Q. Why are there some products with discounted costs?
A. Special offers on select products are available at deep discounts with a combination of points and a nominal fee. These products will include the convenience of automatic renewal. The total must be paid with a valid U.S. credit card.
Q. Are there any limitations on magazines?
A. You can pile up as many points as you like. The more surveys you take, the more points you earn--no limit! However, some offers are for new subscribers only (as noted on the item image in the RewardSurvey store) and/or limited to 1 subscription per magazine, per household, per calendar year.
